Job description
We are looking for a Continental Chef who can prepare a variety of continental dishes with consistency and maintain high kitchen standards. The candidate should have strong knowledge of European, Mediterranean, and Western culinary styles.
Key Responsibilities:
●Prepare and cook continental dishes including soups, salads, grills, steaks, pasta, sauces, and baked items
●Develop menus and ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
●Manage daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and plating
●Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen
●Train and guide junior staff in food preparation and techniques
●Monitor inventory and coordinate ingredient procurement
●Ensure consistent portioning and recipe compliance
●Adapt dishes based on dietary or customer requirements
Requirements:
●Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
●Strong knowledge of continental cuisines and cooking techniques
●Ability to prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
●Good understanding of ingredients, sauces, and Western culinary trends
●Strong time management and multitasking ability
●Ability to work independently or in a team
Pay: ₹8,739.19 - ₹38,114.94 per month
