Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering freshers who are willing to build a long-term career in Automotive Quality. The selected candidates will undergo extensive shop floor training for one year and will gradually be developed into Quality Engineers based on their performance.
Candidates should be disciplined, eager to learn, technically sound, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform in-process and final inspection of plastic injection moulded components.
* Read and understand engineering drawings.
* Measure components accurately using Vernier Calipers and other basic measuring instruments.
* Identify visual defects and quality rejections.
* Segregate OK and Not OK parts.
* Record inspection results accurately.
* Maintain quality documentation.
* Follow customer quality standards and work instructions.
* Coordinate with Production and Quality Engineers whenever defects are identified.
* Maintain 5S and workplace discipline.
* Follow all safety procedures.
Mandatory Skills
Candidates must have:
* Good understanding of Engineering Drawing Reading.
* Knowledge of Vernier Caliper usage.
* Basic understanding of dimensional inspection.
* Strong ability to identify visual defects.
* Good observation skills.
* Ability to read and write English.
* Good communication skills.
* Confident and commanding personality.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Good discipline and attendance.
Working Conditions
* Weekly rotational shifts:
* Morning Shift
* Afternoon Shift
* Night Shift
* Candidate must be comfortable working all three shifts.
* Work location is on the shop floor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
