Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory-related accounting entries and manufacturing cost records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Process payroll entries and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
- Knowledge of inventory and production accounting.
- Experience in handling audits and compliance matters.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
