Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and offers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle billing coordination and support the sales process.
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product display.
- Follow company policies related to sales, inventory, and customer handling.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with store managers and team members for smooth operations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery industry preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in jewellery retail sales.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
