What would you do? What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? The Web Operations Associate supports the day-to-day execution of D2C and e-commerce operations, ensuring the smooth running of online platforms, accurate product listings, and timely campaign activations. The role is responsible for managing content uploads, website checks, and operational coordination across multiple stakeholders to maintain high-quality consumer experiences. What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization? This role is essential to maintaining the operational health of e-commerce platforms and ensuring that consumers experience a seamless, reliable, and accurate shopping journey. By executing operational tasks with precision and timeliness, the Web Operations Associate directly contributes to sales enablement, campaign effectiveness, and brand consistency across digital touchpoints. A software system that provides website authoring, collaboration, and administration tools designed to allow users with little knowledge of web programming languages or markup languages to create and manage website content with relative ease.
What are we looking for? ESSENTIAL Experience Required Proven experience in Marketing, Digital Operations, and/or Project Management, preferably within an FMCG environment. Good understanding of Omnichannel ecosystems and the role of digital touchpoints in driving consumer experience. Experience working with overseas clients and agencies is an advantage. Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or web operations management. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Adobe, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or equivalent). Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Good project management and stakeholder communication skills. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines. Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Digital Marketing. BENEFICIAL Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to learn new e-commerce software and platforms quickly. Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage. Collaboration & Support Work closely with Web Operations Executives and Managers to execute operational plans and meet market requirements. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and agency partners to ensure timely delivery of content and accurate data management. Provide support in testing new e-commerce functionalities, tools, or processes during rollouts or system upgrades.
Roles and Responsibilities: •ACCOUNTABILITIES Operational Execution Support daily website operations, including product catalogue maintenance, SKU creation/delisting, pricing uploads, and packshot updates. Monitor inventory and collaborate with internal teams and fulfilment partners to prevent out-of-stock situations. Conduct regular site checks to ensure functionality, visual accuracy, and data integrity across all devices and browsers. Execute daily and weekly content uploads in alignment with campaign timelines and marketing guidelines. Campaign & Content Support Assist in the setup and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring assets and copy are uploaded correctly and on time. Coordinate with creative agencies and marketing teams to validate product images, banners, and promotional content. Support implementation of age-verification processes and ensure compliance with local and global standards. Track and report on campaign activities and consumer engagement metrics as assigned. Issue Management & Troubleshooting Identify operational issues such as broken links, missing images, or incorrect product details and escalate for timely resolution. Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure technical issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently. Maintain documentation of recurring operational issues to support process improvements and reduce rework. Reporting & Analytics Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on website performance, content updates, and operational KPIs. Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Support reconciliation activities between order management and financial systems as required.
