Key Responsibilities
Academic Delivery
Teach English to Classes IX & X as per the CBSE curriculum.
Use interactive, student-centred teaching methodologies.
Lesson Planning & Evaluation
Design structured lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Student Development
Promote critical thinking, creativity, and language proficiency.
Support holistic development and academic growth of students.
Classroom Management
Maintain a disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Co-Curricular Involvement
Contribute to literary activities, competitions, and school events.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature / Linguistics or related field.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
Key Skills
Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with CBSE syllabus.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to use digital tools and technology in teaching.
Salary & Benefits
