Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to maximize placements.
- Organize job fairs, campus interviews, and alumni meet-ups.
- Build strong industry and employer connections.
- Analyze market trends and recommend course updates.
- Address student and employer queries, providing solutions.
- Streamline workflows and implement SOPs.
- Monitor placement effectiveness and improve processes.
- Maintain student records and employer feedback.
- Achieve placement targets and report key metrics.
- Lead and develop the placement team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant field.
- Experience in career services, recruitment, or IT education.
- Strong networking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with resume building, interview prep, and career counseling.
