Qualification : 1. PhD/Master degree in Food or Dairy or Fisheries or Oil Technology or Biotechnology or Agriculture or Veterinary Sciences or Bio-chemistry or Microbiology or Chemistry or Hotel management or Catering technology from a recognised university.
2. Completed a Lead auditor training or recognized auditor training course and accredited under ACB, i.e. ACB-HACCP/ GMP Scheme, ISO22 000 and etc.
3. Sound knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO/IEC 17020, 17021, 17065, 22000, HRAA, FSSAI, NPOP, Halal, Kosher and other relevant Standards.
Experience : Minimum 10 year of experience in Operations, technical, Audits, preferably from a CB company.
