We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Quality and Automation Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-powered platforms and solutions. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve defects, improve testing processes, and contribute to the overall quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Identify and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
- Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience with testing AI/ML applications is a plus.
