Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory. The role involves regular market visits, distributor coordination, and identifying new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors as per the daily route plan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Identify and appoint new retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Generate orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent stock shortages.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Execute sales promotions and marketing campaigns in the market.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt support.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, collections, and market feedback.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Skills Required
- Sales and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
