Job Title: FMS Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled FMS / NOC Engineer to monitor and support IT infrastructure and surveillance systems for our FCI project in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, handling incidents, and maintaining system uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV systems, network devices, and servers using monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, or PRTG
- Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools
- Ensure issues are resolved within defined SLA timelines
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network and system-related issues
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on system performance
- Ensure system health monitoring and uptime
Required Skills:
- Experience in FMS / NOC / Service Desk operations
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG)
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems
- Experience in CCTV / surveillance monitoring
- Knowledge of incident management and SLA handling
Eligibility:
- Education: B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent
- Experience: 4–6 years in relevant field
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
