Clinic Manager – Dental & Facial Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Safa Elite Care, Pallavaram, Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations.
- Coordinate appointments and patient schedules.
- Supervise reception and support staff.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment records.
- Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
- Monitor inventory and order clinic supplies.
- Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in clinic, healthcare, dental, or aesthetic center management is an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, Microsoft Office, and clinic software.
- Ability to multitask and manage a team.
