Job Title: MEP/ Senior MEP
Experience: 5-15 years
Role Purpose
FOR THOSE ONLY WHO RESIDE IN BENGALURU**
To manage and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across real estate projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, cost control, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Plan, monitor, and execute MEP works as per project schedules.
- Manage MEP contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, billing, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Prepare periodic progress reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–15 years of MEP experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
