Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients, clients, and visitors professionally
- Handle front desk operations and manage reception area activities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain visitor records and appointment logs
- Provide information regarding services, timings, and procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
- Handle billing support, basic administrative tasks, and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, mails, and deliveries
- Support customer service and resolve basic client concerns professionally
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field
- Minimum [X] years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service role preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
