Experience:
- Candidates (0–3 years) are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and report equipment abnormalities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records and daily work reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
- Follow 5S and workplace safety practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of manufacturing and maintenance processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, steel, or industrial environments. Freshers with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
