Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, handle reconciliations, and support statutory compliance and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and expenses.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely posting of transactions.
- Prepare and review bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements and other financial reports.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and internal departments as required.
- Verify invoices, supporting documents and payment requests before processing.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting and audit purposes.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and financial analysis.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Support management with financial data and reports whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable accounting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
