Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and following up on digital leads.
- Property Showings: Organize and conduct site visits for residential or commercial projects.
- Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, budgets, and financial abilities to propose suitable properties.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, handle documentation, and close sales transactions.
- Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Relationship Management: Maintain lasting relationships with clients for referrals and follow up on post-sales processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales, often 1-5 years depending on the role .
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong persuasion and closing skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of local market trends, property laws, and documentation.
- Mobility: Ability to travel to site locations frequently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
