Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and process customer orders.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and market trends.
- Experienced in any sales preferred, Automobile sales is an advantage.
