Role & Responsibilities:
Handling Ticketing and PNR Bookings
Managing Amendments & Changes (Flights/Travel Bookings)
Providing excellent customer service for travel-related queries
Creating PNR, cancellation and refunds.
Job Details:
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Location: Noida
Immediate Joiners Preferred
IJP Opportunity after 6 Months
Requirements:
Experience in GDS Systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) preferred
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced travel environment
