Responsibilities:
· Familiarize yourself with our product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
· Initiate recharge sales by contacting existing customers via phone and promoting the benefits of our recharge services.
· Listen attentively to customers, understand their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department for further assistance.
· Achieve monthly and daily Recharge sales targets to contribute to the team's overall success.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database accordingly.
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
· Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
