Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Catalog & Video Generation Specialist who can convert real garment samples into high-quality e-commerce catalog images and cinematic videos using AI tools. This role is for someone who lives and breathes AI workflows, prompting, automation, and visual storytelling.
You will be responsible for creating luxury, lifestyle, premium-looking images and videos for product catalogs, campaigns, and social media — end to end. This is a zero-hand holding role. You are expected to solve problems, build workflows, and deliver production-ready output independently.
Key Responsibilities
AI Catalog Creation
- Convert physical garment samples into:
- Studio-style e-commerce images
- Lifestyle & editorial visuals
- Luxury brand-grade catalog shots
- Use AI tools to create:
- On-model images
- Flat-lay to model transformations
- Environment-based lifestyle scenes
- Ensure accurate:
- Fabric texture
- Color reproduction
- Fit & silhouette
- Branding consistency
AI Video Generation
- Create AI-generated product videos from images and concepts
- Generate:
- Cinematic fashion films
- Reels & Shorts
- Lifestyle storytelling videos
- Convert still images into:
- Motion videos
- Walk cycles
- Mood-based transitions
- Create video stories for social media campaigns, drops, and launches
Creative Direction & Scripting
- Develop:
- Video scripts
- Shot sequences
- Storyboards for AI-generated fashion films
- Build cinematic narratives aligned with a premium menswear brand
- Understand pacing, mood, lighting, camera language, and fashion aesthetics
AI Tools, Prompting & Automation
- Expert-level use of:
- Midjourney
- Kling AI
- Google Studio / Gemini
- Other image & video generation models
- Advanced prompt engineering for:
- Fashion realism
- Consistent characters/models
- Fabric and garment accuracy
- Build workflows using:
- APIs
- Automation tools
- Batch generation pipelines
- Continuously experiment and upgrade tools, models, and processes
Quality & Ownership
- Deliver production-grade output, not experimental drafts
- Maintain strict quality control on:
- Lighting
- Shadows
- Proportions
- Realism
- Brand look & feel
- Take full ownership of:
- Deadlines
- Tool issues
- Workflow breakdowns
- Iterations and refinements
- No training, no supervision — you are expected to figure things out and deliver.

- Strong experience in AI image and video generation for fashion or luxury brands
