Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Routing & Switching infrastructure.
- Handle L2-level incidents, service requests, and problem management.
- Administer and support Aruba Wireless Controllers, Access Points, and Aruba Central.
- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, and ACLs.
- Support IP Telephony (IPT), VoIP, and related network services.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, bandwidth, and wireless issues.
- Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Implement network security policies and best practices.
- Prepare network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs.
- Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and DR activities.

Pay: ₹9,762.35 - ₹47,232.14 per month
