- Develop innovative and sustainable landscape design concepts for residential, commercial, institutional, and urban development projects.
- Prepare landscape master plans, conceptual layouts, planting plans, hardscape details, and irrigation drawings.
- Conduct site analysis including topography, soil conditions, climate, vegetation, drainage, and environmental impact assessments.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams to integrate landscape designs with overall project requirements.
- Select suitable plant species, trees, shrubs, and landscape materials based on environmental conditions and project aesthetics.
- Design outdoor spaces such as parks, gardens, plazas, terraces, pathways, recreational areas, and streetscapes.
- Ensure compliance with local development regulations, environmental standards, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, material specifications, and tender documentation for landscape works.
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material samples related to landscaping activities.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor landscape execution quality, progress, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve on-site design or execution issues.
- Coordinate irrigation systems, lighting layouts, water features, and sustainable landscape solutions.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
