About the Role
We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer / Spare Parts Planning specialist to join our team, preferably with a background in the automotive manufacturing industry. You'll play a key role in ensuring plant reliability through effective spare parts planning, root cause analysis, and cross-functional project coordination.
Must-Have Requirements (Mandatory)
- ✅ Proficiency in IBM Maximo and MS Office — hands-on experience required
- ✅ Strong knowledge of RCFA, FMEA, and PSM (Process Safety Management) — non-negotiable
Key Responsibilities
- Lead spare parts planning for new program launches, including BOM validation, inventory planning, and procurement coordination
- Manage spare parts mapping and asset linkage in IBM Maximo
- Perform root cause analysis (RCFA) and develop solutions to improve equipment reliability and plant performance
- Independently handle projects, review schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Apply FMEA, PSM, and maintenance best practices to daily operations
Other Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Maintenance Engineering / Spare Parts Planning, preferably in automotive manufacturing
- Data-driven problem-solving approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required
Good to Have
- Six Sigma certification
- Alteryx experience
- Macro programming (VBA) skills
Note to applicants: Candidates without direct IBM Maximo experience and RCFA/FMEA/PSM knowledge will not be considered for this role.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
