# Content Strategist:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Strategist who can plan, execute, and manage content strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content planning, and shoot execution while coordinating with creators and the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media content strategies for multiple clients
- Coordinate with creators, cameramen, and editors for shoot execution
- Create detailed content calendars and shoot plans
- Ensure smooth execution of shoots as per planned strategy
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, reels & viral content formats
- Monitor and improve organic reach, engagement & growth
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
- Brainstorm new content ideas that align with brand goals
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal team
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media strategy / content planning
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience in content planning & shoot management
- Knowledge of trending formats, reels & viral content
- Basic understanding of analytics & growth strategies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience working with influencers or content creators
- Knowledge of video production & storytelling
- Creative mindset with strong execution ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
