We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales
activities and promote our high-end construction projects. The ideal candidate should have
good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer
relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Promote high-end construction projects through various marketing channels.
Manage social media activities and create engaging promotional content.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Support business development and sales strategies to increase project enquiries.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
MBA in Marketing or Related qualification.
1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience in Real Estate/Construction will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with a willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹15,434.22 - ₹23,291.99 per month
