Experience: Over 15 years

Brainware University is looking for professionals for the position of Dean to the School of Management and Commerce

Minimum Requirements:

Ph.D. in management
At least 1 PhD awarded scholar
Over 12-15 peer reviewed indexed journals
API score must be above 110

Responsibility:

While we have competent Heads of Departments for each of the departments mentioned above, we are looking for academicians who will be able to perform the following functions:-

To bring significant improvements in curriculum in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) and as per the demand of the industry
To be actively involved in the recruitment of senior academicians and professionals from universities and corporations respectively
To arrange State, Centre, and Industry-funded research projects
To develop national and international collaborations with Universities and Corporations
To arrange national and international seminars, workshops, conferences, and invited talks of speakers of repute
To have adequate experience in handling the NAAC/IQAC accreditation process
To cater to the academic administrative aspects of the department and overall improvement of the department
