Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while leading and motivating the housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- Assign daily duties and prepare staff schedules.
- Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping employees.
- Ensure timely cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of guest rooms.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering department for timely resolution.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping records, attendance, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth room availability and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
