We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on handling inbound inquiries, counseling potential clients about our educational programs, and managing corporate clients to support our market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management: Connect with warm inbound leads (students, parents, and institutional inquiries) generated through our active marketing channels via calls and emails.
- Consultative Sales & Counseling: Understand customer requirements, provide detailed guidance on relevant programs, and drive admissions/service enrollments.
- Corporate Account Management: Build relationships with local tutors, institutions, and learning center owners to assist them with our service offerings.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales/enrollment targets.
- Data Maintenance: Track and update all daily leads, communication logs, and customer interactions accurately in our internal CRM/tracker.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or EdTech sales (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
- Key Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi, active listening, relationship management, and basic computer knowledge.
- Infrastructure: Must have a functional laptop/smartphone and a stable internet connection at home.
