Job Description
We are looking for Voice Process Executives with strong communication skills and a professional approach towards client interaction. The role involves handling client calls, explaining company services, maintaining follow-ups, and building positive relationships through effective communication. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate information. If you can turn a 2-minute conversation into a 6-7 (Literally, Not the lore) minute meaningful discussion, you'll fit right into this role.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Good convincing and negotiation ability
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally
- Prior experience in telecalling or voice process is preferred
- Any degree qualification is acceptable
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls
- Explain company services to prospective clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups and communication records
- Build professional client relationships
- Support lead generation and client engagement activities
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
