Position: Bellboy
Location: Aquatica Water Park & Resort, Kochpukur, Rajarhat, Kolkata
Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Bellboy to join our resort team. The ideal candidate will assist guests with luggage, escort them to their rooms, and provide excellent hospitality to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with carrying luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and resort amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide basic information about the resort.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams for smooth guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage area.
- Handle guest belongings with care and professionalism.
- Support the reception team during busy hours as required.
