Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the hospitality industry to generate business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and increase room revenue, banquet sales, and corporate tie-ups. The candidate should be confident in field visits, client meetings, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Conduct regular sales visits to corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses.
- Generate room bookings, corporate tie-ups, banquet business, and long-stay business for the hotel.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with reservations, operations, and banquet teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance hotel visibility.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate rates, and close business deals effectively.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales or hotel sales.
- Strong knowledge of corporate sales, room sales, and banquet/event sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and sales visits.
- Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of corporate clients and travel agents preferred.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
- Strong relationship management and business development skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Sales, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Salary
As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance.
