About the Role
We’re a D2C spiritual wellness brand growing fast and we need a creative, driven, and responsible Influencer & Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers aligned with Mantraa's brand and audience.
- Reach out to influencers via DMs, emails, or WhatsApp for collaborations.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and requirements professionally.
- Prepare briefs, concepts, and scripts for influencer content when required.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign cycle from outreach to final video delivery.
- Ensure all influencer content meets brand tone and quality standards.
- Update and maintain the influencer tracker sheet regularly
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with the internal marketing team.
- Contribute innovative campaign ideas to enhance brand reach and engagement.
- Achieve 60-100 finalized influencer videos per month (barter + paid).
- Ensure all finalized influencer deliverables are received within timelines.
- Assist in Instagram content strategy and creation of reels, stories, and posts.
- Create & Edit visually appealing static posts and short videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or VN.
- Suggest creative directions and trends to strengthen Mantraa's digital identity.
