Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in retail operations to analyze business performance, prepare MIS reports, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across our retail network. The candidate should be willing to travel to stores across West Bengal and Jharkhand whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
*Analyze sales performance, business trends, and store productivity.
*Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
*Track retail KPIs – Sales, Footfall, Conversion, ATV, ASP, UPT, Productivity & *Target Achievement.
*Identify business gaps and recommend process improvements.
*Gather business requirements and prepare BRD/FRD documentation.
*Work closely with Retail Operations, HR, Finance, Merchandising & IT teams.
*Analyze inventory, stock movement, and replenishment reports.
*Develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
*Support UAT and implementation of new business initiatives.
*Present business insights to management.
*Travel to stores across West Bengal & Jharkhand as per business requirements.
Required Skills
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, *Dashboards).
*Power BI & SQL (Preferred).
*Knowledge of Retail KPIs and MIS reporting.
*Business Requirement Gathering & Documentation.
*ERP/POS knowledge will be an added advantage.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification
*Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer *Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, *Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
*MBA (Business Analytics/Operations/Finance) will be preferred.
*Certifications in Power BI, SQL, Tableau, ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or Google Data *Analytics will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
*Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst/MIS Analyst/Data *Analyst in the Retail Industry.
*Experience in handling multi-store retail operations.
*Willingness to travel across retail stores as required.
