Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Client Relationship Executive to support our sales team in promoting IT hardware products and technology solutions. The role involves contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our IT offerings, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce the company’s IT
hardware products and technology solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking
equipment, security solutions, and IT infrastructure services.
- Identify customer requirements and share relevant product or solution information.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM or internal database.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending business opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Keep updated with the company’s product portfolio and IT solutions.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware or technology solutions is preferred.
- Ability to work with MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Business, IT, or related field)
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Experience in tele calling, tele sales, inside sales, or IT sales support will be an added advantage
