We are looking for an Office Administrator who can manage daily office operations and support tender documentation. The role includes record management, vendor coordination, tender preparation/submission, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office administration, documentation & coordination
- Prepare and submit tender documents as required
- Maintain records, files, and communication with vendors/clients
- Assist in scheduling, emails, and basic office support tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and documentation work
- Experience in tender handling preferred
