ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a responsible, technically sound and result-oriented Production Supervisor to manage shop-floor production, manpower, machinery, quality, inventory and packing operations while ensuring on-time production target achievement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise complete PVC Pipe, Socketing & Bending production operations.
- Achieve daily/shift-wise production targets within planned time.
- Manage, lead and effectively utilize production manpower.
- Monitor machinery operation, machine performance and production efficiency.
- Handle and resolve production & machine-related issues with quick decision-making.
- Maintain product quality and control rejection, wastage and rework.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Supervise packing, labeling and proper handling of finished products.
- Maintain accurate daily production, manpower, quality and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety rules and discipline.
- Maintain time punctuality, attendance and shop-floor discipline.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
