We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong PHP and backend development experience to own products from ideation to deployment. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on software development experience and be comfortable working closely with engineering teams on architecture, code-level discussions, APIs, databases, and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities-
- Own the complete product lifecycle, from requirements and roadmap planning to development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Leverage strong PHP/backend development knowledge to understand code, review implementation approaches, and participate in technical discussions.
- Collaborate on system architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and application performance.
- Prepare PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Analyse customer feedback, product metrics, and market trends to identify product opportunities.
- Work with engineering teams on cloud infrastructure and deployment; AWS experience is preferred.
Required Skills & Experience-
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong PHP and backend development experience.
- Prior hands-on software development experience.
- Good understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, and system design.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment environments; AWS is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in product-based companies, SaaS, marketplaces, B2B technology, startups, or travel-tech will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
