Clinic Coordinator & Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Clinic Coordinator & Assistant. You will welcome patients, manage appointments, and help the medical team with daily tasks to keep our clinic running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception
Welcome patients and handle check-ins/check-outs.
Answer phone calls, reply to messages, and book appointments.
Manage payments, billing, and the daily schedule.
Clinic & Doctor Assistance:
Prepare and clean treatment rooms for patients.
Help the doctor with basic, non-medical tasks during visits.
Keep patient records organized and track clinic supplies.
Requirements:
Friendly, polite, and great at talking to people.
Good at multitasking and keeping things organized.
Basic computer skills (emails, scheduling, MS Office).
Previous experience in a clinic or customer service role is a plus.
