Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Managed Print Services (MPS) and Printer Leasing solutions across corporate customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT products, IT infrastructure, office automation, or managed services, with the ability to build and manage enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients for Managed Print Services and Printer Leasing solutions.
- Identify, approach, and engage decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organizations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare presentations, commercial proposals, and solution offerings based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales.
- Prior experience in selling IT products, IT infrastructure, office automation products, managed services, or similar enterprise solutions is preferred.
- Experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), printer leasing, copiers, printers, or document management solutions will be an added advantage.
- Strong network within corporate and enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
