Job Description
SuperLabs is looking for proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executives to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying potential leads to support the sales and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through various online and offline channels
- Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before handing over to the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams for follow-ups
- Conduct email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling when required
- Track lead conversion metrics and prepare basic reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in lead generation or inside sales
- Experience in B2B lead generation is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes
- Basic knowledge of email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
- Ability to meet lead targets and work in a result-driven environment
