Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Associate to guide IT professionals toward the right certification and training programs through consultative sales and structured follow-ups.
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: EdTech / Professional Training
Please note: This opportunity is intended for candidates with prior experience in Sales or Business Development. Applications from freshers will not be considered.
|Key Responsibilities
· Manage leads from inquiry to enrollment.
· Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs.
· Handle follow-ups, objections, and negotiations effectively.
· Maintain CRM updates and sales records.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
· Achieve enrollment and sales targets.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in Edtech Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Experience in EdTech or training sales is a plus.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and target-based roles.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
