About the Role
ECLearnix is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality videos, motion graphics, social media creatives, marketing materials, and promotional assets for ECLearnix and the All College Event platform.
This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, AI-powered content creation, and current digital media trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media campaigns, websites, digital advertisements, courses, conferences, webinars, podcasts, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging reels, YouTube Shorts, teaser videos, testimonials, educational videos, and event highlight videos.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, sound effects, and background music.
- Optimize videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and websites.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality, branding, and messaging across all video content.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for video enhancement, automated subtitles, avatars, and creative content generation.
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, certificates, website graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop concepts and layouts for digital and print media.
- Design infographics, event creatives, advertising assets, and promotional materials for conferences, workshops, courses, journals, and the All College Event platform.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, publication, and content teams to execute creative campaigns.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to develop integrated campaigns.
- Support product launches, institutional collaborations, academic events, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI tools, and content formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as:
- Runway ML
- Kling AI
- Pika Labs
- Canva AI
- HeyGen
- Descript
- ChatGPT
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Knowledge of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
- Certifications in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or AI-powered content creation tools are an added advantage.
