About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating high-quality architectural visualizations, realistic renders, and walkthrough animations. You will collaborate with architects and designers to transform concepts into compelling visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations for architectural, interior, exterior, and product projects.
- Develop 3D walkthroughs, animations, and immersive visualization experiences (VR/AR is an added advantage).
- Convert architectural drawings, CAD files, sketches, and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
- Work closely with architects and designers to ensure visual outputs match the project vision.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest rendering technologies, visualization techniques, and industry trends.
- Mentor junior 3D artists and support quality assurance of visualization outputs.
- Prepare creative visual presentations for client meetings and project reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer in architecture, interiors, or product visualization.
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Lumion, Unreal Engine, or Blender is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering, and post-production.
- Strong eye for composition, detailing, realism, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
