Qualification
- ITI – Machinist / Turner / Fitter
- Diploma – Mechanical
- Freshers / Experienced candidates can be considered
Key Skills
- VMC machine operation
- Tool & work offset setting
- Engineering drawing reading
- Vernier / Micrometer / Height Gauge
- Milling, drilling & tapping operations
- Basic CNC knowledge
- Quality & 5S awareness
- Willingness to work in shifts
These are consistent with current VMC operator role requirements and Indian occupational standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate VMC machines as per production requirements
- Load/unload components
- Monitor machining process
- Check component dimensions
- Maintain production and quality records
- Follow safety, quality and 5S standards
