Position: Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our hospital's services, building relationships with doctors and other stakeholders, and contributing to the overall growth of the hospital through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, medical staff, and other hospital personnel to promote hospital services and increase referrals.
- Organize and manage health camps, awareness programs, and other promotional activities to attract potential patients and improve community engagement.
- Promote hospital services through direct interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to gather insights and support their needs through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, seminars, and health awareness sessions.
- Assist in the management of online marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms to drive patient engagement.
- Distribute posters, pamphlets, flyers, and other promotional materials to local clinics, hospitals, medical centers, and community areas to increase awareness and drive footfall.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.
Experience:
- 2 – 5 years in Marketing Team with a proven track record in the healthcare sector
Compensation:
- As per market standard including EPF & ESIC benefit.
- Petrol Allowance (Two Wheeler is Mandatory)
