This is not a marketing manager role.
You will own the brand's growth, distribution, customer acquisition, and revenue generation across all digital channels. Your responsibility is to ensure that great products reach the right customers through the right platforms, campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
You will think like a business owner, not just a marketer—balancing growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and brand expansion.
Your job is simple:
Drive profitable revenue growth while building a scalable distribution engine for the brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Drive profitable business growth across all sales channels
- Build and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition and retention
- Identify and launch new revenue opportunities
- Monitor growth performance and business KPIs
2. D2C (Shopify) Growth
- Own end-to-end growth of the Shopify business
- Improve:
- Website conversion rate (CRO)
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Customer acquisition
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Repeat purchase rate
- Optimize:
- Product pages
- Landing pages
- Checkout experience
- Offers and merchandising
3. Marketplace Growth
- Drive business growth across:

- Amazon

- Other marketplaces
- Optimize:

4. Performance Marketing
- Work with internal teams and agencies on:

5. Brand Partnerships & Business Development
- Build strategic partnerships with:

6. Customer Retention & CRM
- Improve:

- Work with founders on:

8. Business Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze:

9. Team, Agency & Freelancer Management
- Manage:

10. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Core Objective of the Role
Build a scalable growth engine that drives profitable revenue across D2C, marketplaces, partnerships, and digital channels while continuously improving customer acquisition, retention, and business profitability.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
