- Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices across the workshop and showroom.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, software applications, and user accounts.
- Maintain dealership management systems (DMS), workshop applications, and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Monitor and resolve hardware, software, network, internet, and email-related issues promptly.
- Configure and maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, IP phones, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for system maintenance, AMC support, and issue resolution.
- Perform regular data backup, antivirus updates, system patching, and ensure IT security compliance.
- Manage IT assets, maintain inventory records, and track hardware/software licenses.
- Support users during software upgrades, new system implementations, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Prepare IT service reports, document technical issues, and ensure maximum system uptime to support workshop operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
