We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and driving client retention and business growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and account management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements and ensure seamless delivery of e-commerce services.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketplace Operations, Cataloging, Marketing, Content, and Finance to meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.
- Monitor client account performance and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
- Address client concerns, escalations, and service-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and share performance reports, sales updates, and project status reports with clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activities in CRM systems.
- Support business development efforts by nurturing existing client relationships.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
