Job SummaryAs a Front Office GSA, you are the central point of contact for guests from arrival to departure. You will balance day-to-day reception operations with high standards of customer service, ensuring every visitor's expectation is exceeded.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management is highly preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel reception, hospitality, or fast-paced customer service role.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a professional, positive demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with PMS software (such as Opera, Cloudbeds, or RoomKeyPMS) is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
